Gmail and OAuth2

As of May 30, 2022, Google has decided to cancel sending emails through applications that do not support OAuth2.
Many people used accounts on the domain for various notifications and similar things. What about that?

There is a workaround.

  • Log in to your gmail administration.
  • Security option
  • you must enable 2-factor authentication! (necessarily)
  • next, you will be given the option Password to the application
  • generate a new password here, which will be used in combination with the flood login for the flood project (ex. + original_password, now it will be + password_2)
Yes, Google allows you to have multiple passwords for one account, and according to this password, it matches what it is used for.
